The NORCAL JATC Sound and Communication Apprenticeship program, in partnership with the IBEW & NECA, offers you an opportunity to forge a career in the Sound and Communication electrical construction industry. During the three-year program, you will learn to install and service complex telecommunications and data technology, through a comprehensive program of related supplemental instruction and on-the-job training.

As an Apprentice, you can “earn while you learn”. When enrolled in the Apprenticeship program, you can earn a paycheck while working in the field.

Once you complete the program, you become an Installer/Technician that will earn a competitive income. Benefits include medical, dental and vision care, as well as a pension plan, based upon hours worked.
